Mental Wellbeing Line – 0800 616171

From April 2026, Warwickshire residents can continue to phone the Mental Wellbeing Line on 0800 616171 between Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm for advice and support, including help to find the most appropriate wellbeing support for their needs.

Outside of these hours, residents who need urgent support should contact NHS 111 and select the mental health option.

Our friendly, compassionate wellbeing line team is here to listen and support you if you’re:

  • feeling low, anxious or stressed

  • caring for someone else and finding it hard to cope

  • looking for information or advice about your mental wellbeing

  • feeling lonely or socially isolated and wanting to connect with others

When you call, we’ll provide information, connection, advice and signposting. We’ll help you find the part of the Wellbeing for Warwickshire service that’s right for you, or guide you to other support if needed.

If you live in Coventry, we’ll also help connect you with services available in your area.
