Yes, this service is funded by Warwickshire County Council and designed for Warwickshire residents.

Do you need a formal referral to access the service?

No, individuals can ‘self-refer’ simply by contacting the Wellbeing Line or accessing any of the Wellbeing Hubs during opening hours. There are locations across Warwickshire – click here for addresses.

Can an autistic person or someone with a learning disability access the service?

We encourage individuals to share if they are neurodivergent, and it may be that they can be better supported via our Community Autism Support Service team – to find out more, visit www.casspartnership.org.uk

Our face-to-face support will try to assist and adapt to the neurodiverse needs of service users. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer support to people with a complex learning disability.

Can I drop in to the hubs or do I need an appointment?

You can drop into any of our seven hubs and/or wellbeing sessions across Warwickshire without an appointment. Hubs provide social support in a cafe-style environment.

How do I request a one-to-one appointment with a wellbeing practitioner?

We offer one-to-one sessions as well as group sessions, and you will need to arrange a mutually agreeable appointment to avoid disappointment and double-booking. Ask the wellbeing hub staff or call 0800 616171 to make your appointment.

Are there peer groups available and how do they operate?

Peer groups occur naturally within the drop-in support sessions. The Wellbeing for Warwickshire Hub drop-ins offer a space where you and your peers can support each other with a listening ear and support/guidance. We also offer occasional guest speakers and events associated with positive health and good mental health.

Do you offer mental health support sessions in the community?

No, however, we offer outreach within specific community locations to promote Wellbeing for Warwickshire services and positive mental health. We also offer 5 Ways to Wellbeing Workshops designed to promote good wellbeing and positive health. These one-off sessions can be anything from a 15-minute presentation to a 2-hour workshop.
