Drop-in at the wellbeing hubs

Peer-led drop-in sessions are offered twice-weekly at each hub and no appointment is needed. You can enjoy a variety of activities that promote resilience, friendship and learning.  They offer a café type environment and offer a safe space with the opportunity for social support and connecting with others.

Who is it for and how does it work?

Individuals aged 18+ can turn up at the wellbeing hub drop-ins, during any of the weekly sessions.

For one-to-one sessions, you can give your name and contact details either in person, by phone, or email, to a staff member and the team will contact you to arrange mutually convenient times for the sessions.

How do I get in touch?

You can self-refer or you can be referred by a professional. No referral form is required, just a name and contact details of individual wanting to access.

You can call 0800 616171 for information, advice, signposting and connection.
